Welcome to MH Flux. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MH Flux supplier management portal and associated services (the "Platform"), operated by MH Flux. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using the Platform, you affirm that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement and that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

3. Supplier Registration & Eligibility

To register as a supplier, you must be a legitimate business entity with all necessary licenses and permits to operate and sell your products. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated.

4. Supplier Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must maintain the quality and safety of your products.
You must comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection and product safety regulations.
You must ensure timely fulfillment of all orders received through the Platform.

5. Product Listings & Content Policy

You are solely responsible for the content of your product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing. All listings must be accurate and must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. Prohibited items are not allowed on the Platform.

6. Orders & Payments

MH Flux will facilitate the processing of orders. Payments for fulfilled orders will be remitted to you according to the payment schedule and terms agreed upon, minus any applicable fees or commissions.

7. Delivery & Logistics

You are responsible for packaging products securely and preparing them for pickup by our designated logistics partners. Timely preparation is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction.

8. Pricing & Taxes

You are responsible for setting the prices for your products. All prices must be inclusive of any applicable taxes (such as GST). You are responsible for the correct calculation and remittance of your own taxes.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

You grant MH Flux a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce your trademarks, logos, and product content for the purpose of marketing and operating the Platform. You retain all ownership of your intellectual property.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MH Flux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MH Flux and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or any claim related to your products.

12. Termination of Account

MH Flux reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or its users.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through mutual negotiation, and failing that, in the competent courts of law in Pakistan.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

1. Taaruf (Introduction)

MH Flux mein khush amdeed. Yeh Sharayit o Zawabit ("Sharayit") MH Flux supplier management portal aur is se munsalik services ("Platform") ke aapke istemal ko control karte hain. Hamare Platform tak rasai ya istemal karke, aap in Sharayit ke paband hone par ittefaq karte hain.

2. Sharayit Ki Manzoori (Acceptance of Terms)

Account ke liye register karke ya Platform istemal karke, aap tasdeeq karte hain ke aap qanooni طور par is muahiday mein dakhil hone ke ahal hain aur aap ne in Sharayit ko parh, samajh, aur qabool kar liya hai. Agar aap متفق nahi hain, to aap ko Platform istemal nahi karna chahiye.

3. Supplier Registration Aur Ahliyat (Eligibility)

Supplier ke taur par register hone ke liye, aap ka ek jaayiz karobari idaara hona zaroori hai jis ke paas apni masnooat farokht karne ke liye tamam zaroori license aur permits hon. Registration ke dauran aap ko durust aur mukammal maloomat faraham karni hogi.

4. Supplier Ki Zimmedariyan (Responsibilities)

Aap apne account ke tehat hone wali tamam sargarmiyon ke zimmedar hain.
Aap ko apni masnooat ke miyaar aur hifazat ko barqarar rakhna hoga.
Aap ko tamam qawaneen ki pabandi karni hogi.
Aap ko Platform ke zariye milne wale tamam orders ki barwaqt takmeel ko yaqeeni banana hoga.

5. Product Listings Aur Content Policy

Aap apni product listings ke content ke khud zimmedar hain. Tamam listings durust honi chahiye aur kisi teesre fareeq ke intellectual property huqooq ki khilaf warzi nahi karni chahiye.

6. Orders Aur Adaiygiyan (Payments)

MH Flux orders ki processing mein sahoolat faraham karega. Mukammal shuda orders ke liye adaiygiyan aap ko muqarara schedule ke mutabiq, fees وضع karne ke baad, ki jayengi.

7. Delivery Aur Logistics

Aap masnooat ko mehfooz tareeqe se pack karne aur hamare logistics partners ke zariye pickup ke liye tayyar karne ke zimmedar hain.

8. Qeemat Aur Taxes

Aap apni masnooat ki qeematain muqarrar karne ke zimmedar hain. Tamam qeematon mein laagu taxes (jaise GST) shamil hone chahiye. Aap apne taxes ke durust hisaab aur adaiygi ke zimmedar hain.

9. Intellectual Property Huqooq

Aap MH Flux ko Platform ki marketing aur operations ke maqsad ke liye apne trademarks, logos, aur product content ko istemal karne ka license dete hain. Aap apni intellectual property ke maalik rahenge.

10. Zimmedari Ki Hadd (Limitation of Liability)

Qanoon ki hadd tak, MH Flux kisi bhi nuqsan ke liye zimmedar nahi hoga jo aap ke Platform ke istemal se paida ho, bashمول munafe, data, ya saakh ka nuqsan.

11. Tawaan (Indemnification)

Aap MH Flux ko kisi bhi daaway, nuqsanat, ya akhrajat se mehfooz rakhne par ittefaq karte hain jo aap ki taraf se in Sharayit ki khilaf warzi se paida hon.

12. Account Ka Khatma (Termination)

MH Flux in Sharayit ki khilaf warzi, fraud, ya Platform ke liye nuqsan deh samjhe jane wale rawaiye par aapka account kisi bhi waqt معطل ya khatam karne ka haq rakhta hai.

13. Tanazaat Ka Hal Aur Qanoon (Dispute Resolution)

In Sharayit par Pakistan ke qawaneen ka itlaaq hoga. Koi bhi tanaza bahami muzakarat ke zariye hal kiya jayega, aur nakami ki soorat mein, Pakistan ki adalat mein hal kiya jayega.

14. Sharayit Mein Tabdeeli (Changes to Terms)

Hum kisi bhi waqt in Sharayit mein tarmeem kar sakte hain. Aham tabdeeliyon ki ittila di jayegi. Tabdeeliyon ke baad aapka Platform ka istemal jari rakhna nai Sharayit ki manzoori samjha jayega.
